Category I
Mechanical/ Electrical/Metallurgy/ Chemical/Civil/Computer Science / Electronics and Instrumentation– The candidates must possess Diploma in concerned branch of Engineering with 60% marks from a recognized University.
Chemistry – The candidates must possess B.Sc with 60% marks and Chemistry as a Principal subject with Physics/Mathematics/ Statistics/ Biology as subsidiary subject
Physics- The candidates must possess B.Sc with 60% marks and Chemistry Physics as a Principal subject with Physics/Mathematics/ Statistics/ Electronics/ Computer Science as subsidiary subject

Plant Operator- Candidates must have passed H.Sc (12th) in Science Stream with 60% marks with Physics, Chemistry Mathematics from a recognized Board
Laboratory- Candidates must have passed H.Sc (12th) in Science Stream with 60% marks with Physics, Chemistry Mathematics and Biology from a recognized Board
AC Mechanic/ Fitter/Welder/Machinist/Electrical/Electronics and Instrumentation/ Mechanical- Candidates must have passed 10th Examination with Physics and Math with 60% marks and ITI/NAC /NTC in relevant trade
